Welcome to my portfolio website. I am a Fine Art Nature & Street Photographer who specialises in Black & White {based in Dublin, Ireland}.
My journey with a camera started aprox 20 years ago. After many years of being inspired by National Geographic magazines my passion then evolved into following in the tradition of master photographers such as Ansel Adams, Edward Weston and Wynn Bullock.
In recent years having moved back to Ireland from Canada, I have been focused on discovering and showcasing the beauty and uniqueness of Ireland’s nature and heritage.
The use of Black & White imagery lends itself a poetic and cinematic feel which helps to spark the viewers imagination. My goal is less of a documentation of life and more about telling a story through a richness of tones and the use of symbolism and metaphors, like a visual poem.
